1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing or using the isport88 platform — whether through the website, mobile application or any other method provided — you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions stated in this document. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and isport88.

2User Eligibility

3Account Registration & Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one registered account with isport88. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the termination of all related accounts.

During registration, users are required to provide information that is truthful, accurate and current, including:

• Full name as per a valid identity card (MyKad) or passport.
• An active and reachable email address.
• A mobile phone number registered in Malaysia.
• Accurate date of birth for age verification.

isport88 is not responsible for any losses arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the user during registration. Any changes to account information must be communicated to our customer support team.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

The isport88 platform supports a range of payment methods that are widely used in Malaysia. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) except for payments made via cryptocurrency.

Accepted payment methods:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• DuitNow
• Online banking via FPX
• Cryptocurrency — USDT, BTC, ETH

Transaction limits:

• Minimum deposit: RM50 per payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per request.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours after verification is received.

All withdrawals will be processed to the same account or digital wallet used for the deposit, except in certain circumstances requiring additional verification. isport88 reserves the right to hold any withdrawal request that raises suspicion for compliance investigation purposes.

5Bonuses & Promotions

isport88 offers various bonus and promotion programmes to registered users. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions set for each promotion. Users are advised to read those conditions before accepting any bonus.

Welcome Bonus:

• A bonus of 120% on the first deposit, up to a maximum of RM500.
• Wagering requirement: the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before withdrawal is allowed.
• Example: Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM120 → Balance RM220 → Wagering required: RM120 × 20 = RM2,400.

• Tier Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.4%.

isport88 reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including the use of multiple accounts or fraudulent transactions — will result in bonus cancellation and possible account termination.

6Game & Betting Rules

All betting activity on the isport88 platform — covering sports betting, online slots, live casino and fishing games — must be carried out in accordance with the rules set by isport88 and the relevant game providers.

• Bets that have been placed cannot be cancelled except under technical circumstances involving a service disruption.
• isport88 reserves the right to void or reject any bet deemed invalid, including bets placed as a result of a system error or incorrect information.
• In the event of a dispute over a game result, the result recorded in the isport88 system is final.
• The use of bots, automation software or other unauthorised methods to manipulate games is strictly prohibited.
• isport88 is not responsible for game interruptions caused by issues with a user's internet connection.

7Account Security & Password

Users are fully responsible for keeping their account login details confidential, including their username and password. isport88 will not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where such access results from the user's own negligence.

• Do not share your login details with anyone.
• Use a strong and unique password for your isport88 account.
• Log out of your account after using the platform, especially on shared devices.
• Contact isport88 customer support immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.

isport88 will never ask for your password via email, live chat or any other communication method. Any such request is fraudulent and should be reported to our support team.

8Account Suspension & Termination

isport88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate a user's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision in these Terms & Conditions.
• Indication that the user does not meet the age or jurisdiction eligibility requirements.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering or unauthorised transactions.
• Use of unauthorised third-party software to manipulate games.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the verification process.

Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the isport88 customer support team via live chat or email. In the context of responsible gambling, users who require play time limits or a temporary suspension may also make that request through the same channels.

9Limitation of Liability

10Amendments to Terms & Applicable Law
